Woodruff Sawyer, one of the largest independent insurance brokerages in the US, has announced the appointment of Lenin Lopez as vice president and corporate securities attorney for the management liability practice.
In his new role, Lopez will use his expertise in corporate securities, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and corporate governance to support clients across Woodruff Sawyer’s management liability practice. He will be based in San Diego.
Prior to joining Woodruff Sawyer, Lopez served as lead corporate counsel at Takeda, where he was responsible for SEC and New York Stock Exchange compliance and US governance functions.
