Hastings Mutual Insurance Company selected One Inc’s ClaimsPay platform to transform its outbound payments process. The partnership, which leverages One Inc’s Ready for Guidewire accelerator, modernizes the Midwestern carrier’s claim payments infrastructure with a solution that delivers faster, and more efficient claims resolution, expanded digital payment options and harmonized workflow, and removes reliance on paper check issuance and manual intervention.

Nationwide partnered with NeuralMetrics to help agents serving the small commercial segment save valuable time in the quoting process, improving their profitability as they focus on growing their businesses. To help meet those expectations, Nationwide utilized NeuralMetrics technology to boost its small commercial quoting tools, now enabling agents to enter client information just once and leverage pre-fill data to evaluate underwriting exposures and quickly generate a precise quote.

Whatfix partnered with Duck Creek Technologies, property and casualty insurance software-as-a-service solutions. The partnership aims to enhance the user experience for insurance carriers’ claims handlers using Duck Creek Claims, while accelerating claims processing time and saving on compliance costs. Duck Creek Claims is a comprehensive claims management solution that helps insurers manage the entire claims lifecycle. The platform implements dynamically-guided workflows, rule-driven automation, personalized user interfaces, data enrichment to automate processes and empowers individuals managing claims day-to-day to focus on customer service.
