Workers’ compensation remains a profitable line for most carriers amid declining claims activity and frequency due to remote working arrangements. Now, Insurance Business America (IBA) has finalized
this year’s 5-Star Workers’ Compensation award winners – those that stood out for their excellent services and support to brokers and their clients.
IBA selected the
best workers’ compensation insurers in the US for 2022 by enlisting some of the insurance industry’s top experts. For 15 weeks, the IBA research team conducted one-on-one interviews with specialist brokers and surveyed thousands more within the IBA network to gain a keen understanding of what insurance professionals think of current market offerings.
As part of the selection process, the IBA team asked brokers what features they thought were most important in workers’ compensation insurance policies and then to nominate the carriers and policies across 13 key areas, including claims processing capabilities, customer service, competitive premiums, flexibility, and communication. Afterward, the team selected 23 insurance providers offering the best overall service to brokers in the US as this year’s 5-Star award winners.
