SWANSEA, MA –Partners Insurance Group LLC, one of the region’s leading independent insurance agencies with eight locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island is pleased to announce the promotion of Jocelyn M. Oliveira of Swansea, Massachusetts to Assistant Vice President of Personal Lines.
In this role, Oliveira is directly responsible for all Personal Lines branch office personnel and functions. She also ensures that the department is providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers.
Prior to her recent promotion, she held the title of Personal Lines Manager.
Oliveira joined Partners Insurance Group in May of 2011 as a Customer Service Representative; over the past 11 years she has consistently been promoted with the latest elevation in title serving as her fifth advancement within the agency.
Oliveira is presently working toward an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). She holds a Property and Casualty Insurance License; is a designated Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite; holds designation as a Certified Professional in Personal Lines (CPPL); is a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA); and is a graduate of the Leadership Southcoast Program.
Oliveira is a member of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance for Women (MAIW) and is a board member of The Samaritans of Fall River/New Bedford.
