SEEKONK, NEW BEDFORD, MA –Partners Insurance Group LLC, one of the region’s leading independent insurance agencies with eight locations in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island is pleased to announce the promotion of Brenda O’Brian of New Bedford, Massachusetts, to Claims Manager.
In this role, O’Brian designs and implements policies and procedures related to claims, with responsibilities that include the oversight of Personal and Commercial Lines processes for the agency. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of claims.
Prior to her recent promotion, O’Brian, who joined Partners Insurance Group in May of 2016, held the title of Claims Coordinator.
She holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Bristol Community College and is currently in the process of obtaining her Accredited Insurance Lines Professional (AILP) designation.
O’Brian is the Director of the Bristol Chapter of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women (MAIW).
